Makers Market Inventory Tracker
Doing more than one makers market or craft fair? This free tracker keeps your whole season straight. Plan your events and application deadlines, log your products once, record what you took and what sold at each market, and the tracker keeps your running inventory, your best sellers, and — after booth fees and product costs — what you actually made. New: the Business section below tracks sales beyond markets and all your expenses, so you also get a monthly income-and-expense picture for the whole business.
New here? The tracker starts with sample products and one sample market so you can see how it works. Try changing a “Sold” number, then hit Clear all data at the bottom and enter your own products. Everything saves privately in your own browser on this device — no account, nothing uploaded. Use the planner up top for events you're applying to: when you're accepted, one click turns an event into a market sheet below.
New tool — just launched. We're still making this tracker better. If you have a suggestion, or something doesn't work the way you'd expect, contact us and let us know.
1. Plan your markets
Add an event
Track every fair you're eyeing, applying to, or booked into. When an event accepts you, create its market sheet right from the event card — the booth fee carries over. After the event, the sheet's profit lands back here, and you can mark whether it's worth doing again.
2. Your products & stock
Add a product
Cost to make is optional — add it and the tracker figures profit, not just sales. Not sure of your cost? Work it out with the Candle Pricing Calculator.

3. Your markets
Add a market
Profit per market
Best sellers (all sales)
4. Sales beyond markets
Add a sale
Selling outside a market drops your on-hand count just like a market sale does, and it counts in the income-and-expense summary below. Deleting a sale puts those units back in stock.
5. Expenses
Add an expense
Market booth fees and other market costs already live on each market sheet — do not enter them here too, or they will be counted twice. This log is for everything else.
6. Income and expense — whole business
How it works: plan your season up top — every event, its deadline, and where you stand. Add your products and how many you have on hand. For each market, enter how many of each product you took and how many sold — what came back and your running stock figure themselves out. Add the booth fee and any other market costs on the market sheet to see your net profit for the day. The Profit per market table lines every market up side by side, so you can see which ones were actually worth it. Sold can’t be more than you took, and your on-hand count drops by what sold. When a product drops to your alert level, it shows up in the low stock alerts right under the totals above. The Business section adds sales beyond markets and an expense log on top of your market sheets: the summary below counts market revenue and fees in the month of each market, and general sales and expenses in the month of their date, so you can see income, product costs, other costs, and net profit month by month. The stock table also tracks manual changes: Add stock for a fresh batch, Remove to correct a count or write off damage, and the stock adjustments log under your products keeps the history. Your data is stored only in this browser on this device, so use the same phone or computer each time, and export a CSV now and then as a backup.
